Come join us at Ponto Beach, Monday July 6th from 8am to 11am. The clean up goes as far south as Grandview but all sign in and trash pick up will be at Ponto. My friends, Bob and Jan Rogers have been running the Ponto clean up for 11 years now. The first year had only 12 people who showed up. Last year there were 125. Their biggest turn out yet. I give them a lot of respect for doing this event and the Beacon's Beach clean up each year. They are truly active in our community and are great role models. Thank you Bob and Jan and everyone who shows up on those mornings to give our beaches some love.
